Activating the Ration Card and Adding a Mobile Number

Citizens eligible for subsidies must follow these steps to update their ration card information:

  • 1- Type the Egypt Support website address in the search box on the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade website to make the required update.
  • 2- Go to the "Available Catering Services" icon, which you will find on the main screen.
  • 3- A box will appear for you to enter your mobile phone number.
  • 4- After entering your phone number, a password will be sent to the phone.
  • 5- Next, enter the mobile phone number registered in the name of the ration card holder.
  • 6- Then you will enter the ration card number, which consists of approximately twelve digits, without making any error in any digit.
  • 7- You must click the password submission field for the citizen, and by doing so you will have completed the required update.

In this regard, the Egyptian Supply Support website, affiliated with the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, specifies the conditions for benefiting from subsidies, provides many supply services to Egyptians, and handles government complaint systems submitted by the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade. The government makes these services available to all citizens and they can be accessed via the following link from here

All citizens must update their "green" ration card data to avoid suspension, especially after the Ministry of "Supply" deleted a large number of people who are not entitled to this subsidy, and "Supply" stressed the need to update the ration card data for 2022 correctly via text messages through bread distribution to "eligible Egyptian families" to avoid suspending subsidy disbursement cards.
