It is an Egyptian non-profit private university, specialized in the fields of communications and information technology,

established by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Knowledge City in the New Administrative Capital.

The university aims to provide world-class education and scientific research, to serve as a center for developing distinguished human capabilities

in modern fields related to communications and information technology.

The university also offers capacity-building programs and consultancy services,

which will contribute to human and social development and to the advancement of the Egyptian economy,

as a leading university in Egypt and the Middle East and North Africa region.

The university aims to play a distinguished role in building scientific cadres across the various fields of communications and information technology,

to enable us to keep pace with rapid and massive developments as well as to produce knowledge through advanced scientific research,

and innovative solutions to our society's problems.

Through building partnerships with prestigious, highly ranked international universities, the university grants dual degrees,

whereby successful candidates receive a degree from both the Egyptian university and the foreign partner university.

while it was the right means and path to harness this human wealth to complete the digital and economic reforms

in the era of the new republic.
