Officially: Meta (Facebook) Adds Avatars to WhatsApp
Meta announced on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, that it will officially bring the Avatars feature,
which are customizable digital personas available through its other services such as Facebook and Instagram,
to the instant messaging service WhatsApp.
The American tech giant said in a blog post: "Today, we are introducing Avatars to WhatsApp
as a new and personalized way to express ourselves." It added: "Your avatar is a digital version of you that can be built from billions
of combinations of different hairstyles, facial features, outfits, and more."

Meta clarified that WhatsApp users can now use their avatar as a profile picture,
or choose from among 36 custom stickers reflecting a variety of different emotions and actions.
The company also believes that sending an avatar is a quick and fun way to share feelings with friends and family.
Also:
It can also be "a great way to represent yourself without using your real photo, so you feel more privacy."
Meta notes that for many people, this will be the first time they create an avatar,
and they promise to continue improving avatar creation, including enhancements to lighting, shadows, hair textures, and more,
which will make avatars better over time.
This allows users to download the WhatsApp app for Android via the Google Play Store,
and for iOS devices via the Apple App Store.
The app can also be downloaded on mobile devices and other desktop devices through its official website.
And that, my friend, concludes our mission successfully
With greetings from the #Ezznology team
