Many users of the instant messaging app WhatsApp have encountered problems with accidentally deleting certain conversations or deleting them for any other reason.

There is no doubt that you can easily restore chats that have been archived and backed up in WhatsApp. However, without a backup, it is nearly impossible to recover deleted messages so easily.

There is a method that can be used to recover data without a backup, and today we will explore that method.

Also:

To easily restore deleted WhatsApp messages,

you need to activate the chat backup feature through the settings. The steps are as follows:

Go to the WhatsApp app.
Tap Settings.
Then tap Chats.
Tap the Chat Backup option, then tap the Google Drive backup option.
You will see a list of options that let you choose how often you want to back up your conversations — daily, weekly, or monthly — according to your preference.

Also:

For a more advanced backup plan on Android devices, you can scroll down to the advanced backup strategies section for WhatsApp.

It is important to know that WhatsApp keeps the most recent backup file for iOS and the two most recent backup files for Android.

Recover Deleted WhatsApp Messages Without a Backup
You can recover these messages using an Android data recovery program available for Windows and Mac operating systems.

It allows you to recover your phone's messages, photos, videos, WhatsApp chat history, and more through very simple steps. It also supports a wide range of phones running the Android operating system to a reasonable extent.

To recover deleted WhatsApp messages without a backup, follow these steps:

Step 1: Connect your phone to your computer
Download and install Android Data Recovery on your computer
Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable
Wait for your phone to be recognized automatically
Step 2: The program will ask you to enable USB debugging on your device before starting the scanning process
Follow the steps below to enter debug mode:

Find the “Settings” icon on your phone screen and tap it.
Tap the About Phone option.
Tap the Build Number option about 7 times until you see the message “You are now in Developer Mode”.
Go back to Settings.
Find and tap Developer Options.
Toggle the button at the top of the screen on, find the USB Debugging setup option, enable it, and tap “OK” in the pop-up window.

Step 3: Select the correct file
Activate USB debugging mode. Once the program recognizes your phone, select the section you want to scan to recover the lost data.

As shown in the image below, we selected the WhatsApp and WhatsApp Attachments sections.
Click the “Next” button in the lower right corner.
Step 4: Allow the search for lost data for recovery
Your phone should display a message asking you to grant the program permission to scan your phone, which you can do by tapping one of the following options: Allow, Grant, or Authorize, depending on your phone type. After completing these steps, the program will scan and recover the data. This may take some time. After the program completes the scanning process, you will be able to see all recoverable files and conversations by clicking the WhatsApp option on the left side of the screen, then selecting what you want to recover and pressing the button.

And with that, dear friend, we have successfully completed our mission ✌
